1. How can I track my order?
When your order ships, you will receive an email notification from us that includes a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 72 hours for the tracking information to become available.
2. Where is my package?
If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please get in touch with us at weavesrus77@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
3. What happens if I receive my order damaged?
If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at weavesru77@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these case-by-case but will try to work towards a satisfactory solution.
4. How many bundles will I need?
You will need at least three bundles for a full head.
